Analisis Profesionalitas Guru (Studi Pada Guru Madrsahan Tsanawiyah Nurul Ikhlas Kari) Kec. Kuantan Tengah Kab. Kuantan Singingi )
Abstract
This research aims to describe the professionalism of MTs teachers. Nurul Ikhlas Kari, Kuatan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. This research is field research (Field Research) with the research subject being the professionalism of teachers at MTs. Nurul Ikhlas Kari, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. The population in this research is all teachers at MTs. Nurul Ikhlas Kari, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province. Based on initial observations, the efforts that have been made by MTs teachers. Nurul Ikhlas Kari, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, Riau Province in improving their professionalism, namely by preparing learning tools, carrying out learning activities in accordance with the learning plan, evaluating learning, providing guidance to students, playing an active role in various trainings related to increasing competency teachers according to their respective fields.
