POLITIK HUKUM PEMBERLAKUAN KEMBALI GARIS BESAR HALUAN NEGARA SEBAGAI PANDUAN PEMBANGUNAN NASIONAL INDONESIA
Abstract
The amendments to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia brought consequences, one of which was the elimination of the State Guidelines (GBHN) in the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia. This has an impact on the development process whose outputs and outcomes are not in accordance with those mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, because the National Development Planning System as stated in the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN) is deemed not to reflect the principles of sustainable development in the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on these problems, an idea emerged to reimpose the GBHN as a guide for Indonesia's national development.
