PERKEMBANGAN PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH KONSTITUSI DALAM PENGUJIAN UNDANG-UNDANG
Abstract
This study examined the development of the Constitutional Court decisions in judicial review. This was a normative legal study using statute, case, and conceptual approaches. The results of this research are that in its development the Constitutional Court issued conditional constitutional decisions, conditional unconstitutional decisions, postponement of the enactment of decisions, interlocutory decisions, and loading of new norms.
