Abstract
Pesawat Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 rute penerbangan Jakarta-Pontianak yang dipastikan jatuh pada Sabtu tanggal 9 Januari 2021, muncullah hak dan kewajiban antara penyedia jasa pengangkutan dan pengguna jasa dalam hal ini adalah ahli warisnya. Berdasarkan kajian literatur dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPer) dan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan lainnya yang terkait menyatakan bahwa adanya kompensasi maupun asuransi bagi keluarga korban kecelakaan penerbangan tersebut. The Sriwijaya Air SJ 182 flight route from Jakarta to Pontianak which is confirmed fall on Saturday January 9, 2021, than emerges the rights and obligations between the transportation service provider and the service user in this case is the beneficiary. Based on literature and the Civil Law Book (KUHPer) and other related laws and regulations, it is stated that there is a compensation and insurance for the families of the victims of flight accidents.Downloads
