TAKE OVER RUMAH SEJAHTERA TAPAK SESUAI DENGAN PASAL 17 ANGKA 4 HURUF B PERMEN PUPR NO.20/PRT/M/2014
Abstract
The Tread Welfare House is a program from the government which is regulated in PUPR regulation No. 20/PRT/M/2014, in article 17 point 4 letter b it is stated that the Tread Welfare House can only be rented out or its ownership transferred after being occupied for more than five years. To create a balance, when the government provides a policy not to reverse the name before five years which has been implemented by the bank, the government should also provide the same policy to PPAT/Notaries not to accept files even if they use a power of attorney to sell to reverse the name or take over the house. before five years is fulfilled as a take over condition for the tread welfare house
