Abstract
Imlpementasi Peraturan Bupati Nomor 12 Tahun 2012 Tentang Penertiban hewan Ternak dan Hewan Penular Rabies Di Kelurahan Muara Lembu Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi disebabkan kurangnya sosialisasi mengenai Peraturan Bupati ini, penerapan ini sulit dilakukan mengingat budaya masyarakat yang memang sudah dari dahulu melepas liarkan hewan ternaknya. Peraturan bupati 2012 Tentang Penertiban Ternak dan Hewan Penular Rabies belum terimplementasi dengan baik .Untuk penertiban belum ada petugas dari kelurahan maupun Kabupaten yang turun ke lapangan untuk penertiban hewan ternak maupun hewan penular rabies Di Kelurahan Muara Lembu Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
