ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN RETRIBUSI PASAR DI PASAR BENAI KECEMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

 The considerations that underlien this research,is that the government is required to be independent in handling all funding matters, both for regional development and the implementation of regional governments. The large amount of funding for the implementation of autonomy forces local governments to seek alternative sources of regional income by exploring the potential of region in other to increase local revenue. One of the sources of regional revenue come from market retribution which is considered potential to increase local revenue.This study aims to determine the analysis of the management of market charger in Benai Market, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The theory used in the research is Hanry Fayol About Management. The research method used was qualitative with 20 informants who came from the traders and market retribution managers. The results of this study found that the management of market retribution in Benai Market, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has not well managed.
