EVALUASI PENYALURAN BANTUAN PANGAN NON TUNAI (BPNT) DESA PULAU ARO KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUBATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The Non-Cash Food Assistance Program is a poverty alleviation program by providing conditional cash transfers to Very Poor Households / Very Poor Families (RTSM / KSM) established as participants in the Non-Cash Food Aid Program relating to increasing the Welfare and Economic Levels of the Poor. The researcher here uses the Concept of State Administration, Evaluation, BPNT programs, and public services. This research aims to describe and analyze the achievement of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in PulauAro Village related to aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness and accuracy. Researchers Use Qualitative and Quantitative Research in conducting research on evaluating the Distribution of Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT) in PulauAro Village, Kuantan Tengah District, KuantanSingingi Regency. The researchers here used 9 informants and a population of 68 respondents and samples to conduct the study. For data collection techniques researchers used Koesioner techniques, Interviews, Observation and Documentation. For the results of the Distribution of Non-Cash Food Aid (BPNT) PulauAro Village with good results.
