ANALISIS KEDISIPLINAN KERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA PADA KANTOR CAMAT KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at at Kuantan Tengah district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the discipline of the work of the State Civil Apparatus in the Kuantan Tengah district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is How is the discipline of the work of the State Civil Apparatus in the Kuantan Tengah district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses the saturation sampling method. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as a sample, in this case the sample is the total number of employees of the Central Kuantan District Office, amounting to 16 people. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires that have been carried out on the Disciplinary Analysis Work Discipline State Civil Apparatus at Kuantan Tengah district Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average value of 4.25 means it is at an Excellent interval. Which means the Work Discipline of the State Civil Apparatus at the Central Kuantan District Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency is good. This is because of the 5 indicators used in this study, all the indicators are in good and very good intervals.
