ANALISIS PERSEPSI DAN PREFERENSI MASYARAKAT DESA PINTU GOBANG KARI TERHADAP BANK SYARIAH

Abstract

Perception is the process of recognizing, compiling and interpreting information to provide an overview and understanding of the environment. Perception it self is formed from the sensing process. Community preference is the tendency of people to choose according to their own assumptions or preferences or tastes. Society is a number of people in the broadest sense and is bound by a culture that they consider the same. Islamic Banking is a bank that in ist business activities uses syariah prinsiples. This study aims to determine the perceptions and preferences of the people of Pintu Gobang Kari village towardsbIslamic Banks.

This research was conducted in Pintu Gobang Kari Village. The population in this study were 2059 people in Pintu Gobang Kari Village. And the author only took 49 people as the sample. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using a percentage formula. Quantitave Descriptive, namely describing all the data obtained in the field into tables and into sentences that are easier for the reader to understand later.

From the results of this study it can be concluded that the perception of the village community of Pintu Gobang Kari towards Islamic Banks can be said to be the percentage of 77%. Then the preferences of the village community of Pintu Gobang Kari towards Islamic Banks based on the results of the research are quite doog with a percentage of 68%. As for the factors that influence perceptions and preferences, namely information factors, economic, social and cultural factor.
