ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN RAWAT JALAN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) TELUK KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the Quality Analysis of Outpatient Services at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Teluk Kuantan, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The problem of this research is that the waiting room facilities in the outpatients service unit at the Kuantan Singingi Regional General HospitalĀ (RSUD) Kuantan Singingi are not comfortable, the serviceĀ officers at outpatient services at the regional general hospital (RSUD) of teluk kuantan kuantan singingi rwgency which has responsiveness, responsibility is stillm low and there is discrimination between patients. This research is quantitative descriptive. This study uses a research methodology approach, namely research with an approach where the variables that enter risk factors and variables that include observational effects are measured at the same time. The population in this study amount 21 nurses and 3 doctors who served in the inpatient dapartment. While the population members taken as a sample are 57 respondents from the patient (community). Data sources used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collectin method used is the questionnaire method including outpatient satisfaction with outpatient services in hospitals through the assessment of services quality dimensions. Based on the results of research in the field of research on the quality of outpatient services at the regional general hospital (RSUD), teluk kuantan, kuantan singingi regency, is not good.
