Abstract
The village government is a subsystem of the system of local governance so that the village has the authority to regulate and manage the interests of society in the framework of village autonomy. Achievement of a good performance, can not be separated from its human resources available. In order to realize a good governance and clean then the required personnel resources or devices that have professionalism in carrying out their duties as public servants. Human resources are highlighted in carrying out the wheels of government, this involves education level, labor productivity, quality of service and accountability village in carrying out his task, on that basis, to produce human resources that have kualaitas well it takes a recruitment process right.. The research was collated based on qualitative research methods with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation and data analysis techniques used in this research is the analysis of qualitative data with 10 people as an informants
