Abstract

Village Government is the leading service unit for the community and is the main thing for the success of all programs. Therefore, strengthening the village is a necessity that cannot be postponed in an effort to realize community welfare as the goal of regional autonomy and village independence. The active involvement and seriousness of the local government is very much needed, both from the central government, local government, sub-district government, especially the role of the village government itself. While the task of the community, in addition to participating in development, is to watch village supervisors and performance, for this reason, continue to strengthen Community Institutions in the Village which can be carried out through placing Community Institutions in accordance with their functions. The implementation of community institutional organizations in the village must be supported by budgetary capabilities and the need for village development. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study, the informants in this study were the Village Head, LPMD Chair, PKK Chair, Customary Head and Village Secretary. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews (interviews) and documentation. If the Village Institution wants to be strong and independent, every work program that will be carried out by the Village Institution for HR must follow procedures, because within the HR Institution it must be strong and have potential.
