ANALISIS KINERJA APARATUR DESA DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAHAN DESA DI DESA PULAU ARO KECAMATAN KUANTAN TENGAH KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pulau Aro Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singing Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the performance of the village apparatus in the administration of village governance in Pulau Aro Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the performance of the village apparatus in the administration of village governance in Pulau Aro Village, Kuantan Tengah District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research method with descriptive research. The sampling technique for the Village Head and BPD Chair used saturated sampling technique, in which the population was used as a sample, the number of samples for the Village Head was 1 person and the BPD Chair was 1 person, and for the elements of the Pulau Aro Village community, the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique, namely taking members The sample from the population is carried out randomly regardless of the strata in the population, in which the number of samples for the community is 48 people. The results showed that the performance of the Pulau Aro Village Apparatus, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency resulted in an average value of 3.13 which was in the good interval.
