ANALISIS KINERJA BADAN PERMUSYAWARTAN DESA (BPD) DALAM MEMBAHAS DAN MENYEPAKATI PERATURAN DESA DI DESA LUBUK RAMO KECAMATAN KUANTAN MUDIK KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Lubuk Ramo Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The background of this research is that there are still problems regarding the performance experienced by the BPD in Lubuk Ramo Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency such as BPD not understanding their duties, lack of communication and coordination between BPD and the Village Head in implementing village government, BPD not holding meetings with the community. The purpose of this study was to find out how the performance of the village consultative body in discussing and agreeing on village regulations in Lubuk Ramo Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The type of research used in this study is qualitative. The informants taken in this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Apparatus, BPD, and Community Leaders in Lubuk Ramo Village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Data collection methods used in this study were Interviews, Observation, and Documentation. The data analysis used is Data Collection, Data Presentation, and Conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research in the field, it can be seen that the Performance Analysis of the Village Consultative Body in Discussing and agreeing on village regulations in Lubuk Ramo village, Kuantan Mudik District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is quite good.
