Abstract
Publik Service quality analysis in Jake village office, Kuantan Tengah sub-district, Kuantan Singing regency with the title “service quality at jake village office kuantan tengah district kuantan singingi regency “because too see has not been implemented properly, this is because many people complain about services at the Jake village office, most people complain that it is difficult to find When the village head wants to make a letter that will be signed, it is necessary to improve the quality of service at the Jake Village Office, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singing Regency.In this study the research quantitative methode, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, then processing and then the authors draw conclusions from the processed data. The results of the questionnaire distribution show that the quality of public services at the Jake village office, Kuantan Tengah sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency produces an average of 3.25, which is not good between 2-3 intervals.
