Abstract

The implementation of village government will be structured and increasingly directed, better and even more advanced if the performance of all village apparatus in working in accordance with the responsibilities of the main tasks and functions that should be, so it needs to be evaluated. This study aims to determine the evaluation of administrative duties and functions of the Tanjung Simandolak Village government, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency using quantitative methods. The results showed that the evaluation of the tasks and functions of the village government administration from the aspect of work quality was only one well-organized work program, the division of labor and the picket schedule as a method used to speed up and manage the time of all work had been completely divided based on tasks, principals, and functions. . the organizational commitment of the Village Apparatus is not followed by a personal commitment. The results of the questionnaire distribution show the evaluation of administrative duties and functions of the Tanjung Simandolak Village government, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency which produces an average value of 3.74 which means that it is included in the Good interval, as well as field observations which show the evaluation of the tasks and functions of the Tanjung Simandolak Village administration, Benai District, District. Kuantan Singingi has been going well.
