EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DESA DI DESA SAKO KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID- 19 TAHUN 2020

Abstract

The Village fund can run as expected and the rest can be less than optimal due to the low human resources of the village apparatus and the lack of coordination regarding the management of village funds, which are alleged to be obstacles in the process of managing village funds.The village funds allocation is a central and regional financial balance fund received by regencies/municipalities in which the distribution for each village is distributed proportionally, namely at least 10% (ten percent). The allocation of village funds is intended for the administration of village government and community empowerment. The research method used is the purposive sampling method with a qualitative research type, this research provides symptoms, facth or events in a systematic and accurate manner. Therefore, to get field data, research must go down to the field so that they can observe directly. The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the village fund in empowering rural communities and to find out the results of managing the allocation of village funds in community empowerment. For this reason, it is necessary to know the extent of the effectiviness of village fund managemen. This research on village fund allocation management in community empowerment was conducted in Sako Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The result of research on the effectiveness of village revenue and expenditure badget management in sako village, pangean district, kuantan singingi regency during the 2020 covid-19 pandemic are stiil less effective.
