Abstract
This study aims to determine what factors affect the quality of public services at the Pulau Komang Sentajo Village Office, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Researchers found that the problem was that the service provided by the Komang Island Village Apparatus, Sentajo, Sentajo Raya District, was still not optimal. People still complain about the speed in providing services, then the lack of comfort due to the limited facilities and infrastructure available, as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the existing officers as public servants in serving the community are also felt to be unsatisfactory. The research method used by the researcher is the qualitative method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection methods used are: Interview, Observation, Documentation and Triangulation. From the results of the study, the factors that affect the quality of public services in the village office of Pulau Komang Sentajo, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency are still less than optimal. The results of this study can be concluded that public services at the village office of Pulau Komang Sentajo, Sentajo Raya sub-district, Kuantan Singingi Regency are not good as measured by several indicators, namely, Work Motivation Indicators, Apparatus Ability Indicators, Monitoring / Control Indicators, Behavior Indicators,
