Abstract

The working relationship between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body in implementing democratic Village Government must be in line and compact because it is for the sake of realizing the Village community. This research was conducted in Pulau Komang Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the working relationship between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in determining the village (Perdes) in Pulau Komang Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the working relationship between the Village Head and the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in determining the Village Regulation (Perdes) in Pulau Komang Sentajo Village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. verbal or descriptive. The research aims to reveal the processes and dynamics of a social reality and to interpret the meaning behind the formation and dynamics of that reality. The processes and meanings in question are fully expressed in accordance with the context through collecting data from natural settings and placing as the main researcher the instrument.
