PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI BADAN NARKOTIKA NASIONAL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the National Narcotics Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the work productivity of the National Narcotics Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the work productivity of the National Narcotics Agency employee of Kuantan Singingi Regency is. The sampling technique for this study used a purposive sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations, amounting to 5 people. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive descriptive qualitative analysis level survey (Research Survey). Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of interviews, then processed, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of processing the data. The results of this study can be concluded that the Work Productivity of the National Narcotics Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency is quite good, although there are several factors that affect the less than optimal work productivity of the National Narcotics Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency, it's just that the National Narcotics Agency of Kuantan Singingi Regency still lacks human resources. which resulted in currently there are employees who hold concurrent positions to fill the vacancy.
