PERAN MAHASISWA JURUSAN PERBANKAN SYARIAH (UNIKS) DALAM SOSIALISASI PERBANKAN SYARIAH KEPADA MASYARAKAT DIKABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This thesis is the result of field research at  the Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi. Data collection methods used in this research are observation, interview and documentation methods. Then the Data collected is about the role of student majoring in Islamic banking in the socialization of Islamic Bank to the community in Kuantan Singingi Regency accompanied by analysis to draw conclusions.The result of this study can be concluded that the role of Islamic banking students in the socialization of Islamic Banking products is good, it can be seen from 75 banking students who are still active. 45 students with a percentage level of 60% have socialized Islamic bank products in different ways, and with the aim that the public understands the difference between Islamic bank and conventional bank. Meanwhile, the role of student in the socialization of Islamic bank contracts is still low, from 45 students who have socialization Islamic bank products, only 18 students have also socialized Islamic bank contracts.
