EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA (KUA) KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the level of success of the performance of the Office of Religious Affairs, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency in carrying out their work.The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) as an agency authorized to carry out government duties in the field of Islamic religious affairs is required to be truly capable of carrying out tasks in the field of good and quality services. The success of an agency cannot be separated from the performance of its employees, to measure the extent to which employee performance is assessed through 5 indicators, among others, namely Quality of Work with an average value of 3.66 in the category of Good Enough, Work Quantity with an average of 3.68 in the category Fairly Good, Responsibility is an average value of 3.64 in the category of Fairly Good, Cooperation is with an average value of 3.56 in the category of Good Enough, and Initiative is an average value of 3.62 in the category of Good Enough is on a scale 2.80-3.69.The data collection techniques used are; questionnaire (questionnaire), observation, and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative.From this study, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the performance of the Office of Religious Affairs, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is quite good.
