Abstract
As an effort to deal with this economic impact, the Indonesian government has prepared hundreds of trillions of funds to help people affected by Covid, especially the middle and lower class. Some of the programs introduced by the government are divided into two categories, namely non-regular programs and regular programs. One form of assistance is Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) which is budgeted from village funds. This direct cash assistance is a type of direct assistance in the form of Rupiah which is given directly to the poor who are affected by the corona virus. The legal basis for this activity is the PDTT Village Ministerial Regulation No. 6 of 2020 concerning Amendments to the Regulation of the Minister of Villages, PDTT Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020.The targets of this program are non-PKH poor families or Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) who have lost their livelihoods, have not been recorded (exclusion error), and have family members who are prone to chronic / chronic illness. One of the villages implementing the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) activity is Lumbok Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using interview, documentation, and observation data collection methods. Based on the results of field research, which the researchers obtained through the results of interviews with informants and the results of observations of researchers, the Distribution Analysis of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) in Lumbok Village, Kuantan Hilir Seberang District, Kuantan Singingi Regency has been going quite well.
