PENGARUH NILAI TAKSIRAN DAN UJRAH TERHADAP MINAT MASYARAKAT KUANTAN SINGINGI DALAM MEMILIH PRODUK RAHN EMAS DI BANK RIAU KEPRI SYARIAH CAPEM TELUK KUANTAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the estimated value and ujrah of gold pawning at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah then to determine the effect of estimated value and ujrah on the interest of the Kuantan Singingi community in choosing gold rahn products at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Capem Teluk Kuantan. this type of research is quantitative. The research population is the people of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique used the Probability Sampling technique with a sample of 45 people. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression tests.

The results of this study indicate that the gold appraisal value method used by Bank Riau Kepri Syariah is based on gold Buyback, gold karatase and pawned gold weight. Furthermore, for the amount of financing, Bank Riau Kepri Syariah is based on the gold content so that it sets 18%-90%. Then Bank Riau Kepri Syariah sets an ujrah rate of IDR 6,000 / gram for 1 month based on the weight of gold / jewelry and a maximum period of 120 days. As for the partial effect, the estimated value variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest with a value of (3.546)> t table (2.017). Furthermore, the ujrah variable has a positive and significant effect on public interest with a value of (2.070) >t table (2.017). While the results of the study simultaneously the estimated value and ujrah variables have a positive and significant effect with a value of F count (9.936) > F table (3.214).results of the research simultaneously the estimated value and ujrah variables have a positive and significant effect with a value of F count (9.936) > F table (3.214).
