MOTIVASI KERJA PERANGKAT DESA SUKARAJA KECAMATAN LOGAS TANAH DARAT KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sukaraja Village, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation for the work of the Sukaraja Village apparatus, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the motivation for the work of the Sukaraja Village apparatus, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive research. The sampling technique uses the Purposive Sumpling method which is a technique with determining samples with certain considerations, where the number of informants is 6 people, the type of research used in this study is Qualitative Research. The research instrument in data collection is the interview guideline. The results showed that the work motivation of the Sukaraja Village apparatus, Logas Tanah Darat District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, could be known to be not good, resulting in the creation of maximum work motivation
