Abstract

This research proposal was carried out at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Sentajo Raya District Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the quality of service at the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Sentajo Raya District Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the quality of service in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the Sentajo Raya District Health Center, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique using the area sampling method (cluster sampling) is a sampling technique that is carried out by taking representatives from each existing region/group, in which the number of samples for this study amounted to 43 people. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive, namely analyzing the data obtained from the results of distributing the questionnaires, then processing them, and then the authors draw conclusions from the results of the data processing. The results of the distribution of the questionnaires show that the quality of service at the Community Health Center in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency produces a total average value of 121, which means it is in a fairly good interval, as well as field observations which show that it is indeed good enough. Community Health Center services in Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency , with all the indicators tested, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Physical Evidence (Tangibles), all of which are quite good.
