INDEKS KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PELAYANAN DI KANTOR KEPALA DESA PAUH ANGIT KECAMATAN PANGEAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
This research was conducted at the Office of the Head of Pauh Agit Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the Community Satisfaction Index in Services at the Office of the Head of Pauh Agit Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the research is how the Community Satisfaction Index in Services at the Office of the Head of Pauh Agit Village, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique of village government elements uses saturated sampling, ie all the population is used as a sample of 16 people. Meanwhile, for people who are users of the service, a probability sampling technique of the type of Simple Random Sampling is used, ie the sampling of members of the population is carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. In which the number of samples for elements of society who become service users is 124 people. The data analysis method used is inferential statistics, also known as inductive statistics or probability statistics, which are statistical techniques used to analyze sample data and the results are applied to the population. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution that has been carried out regarding the Community Satisfaction Index in Services at the Pauh Agit Village Head Office, Pangean District, Kuantan Singingi Regency, the Community Satisfaction Index is at 2.997 which means Dissatisfied. If converted, the IKM is at 74.921, which means that the service is classified in the Less Good category, which means that the quality of service provided has not been able to provide satisfaction to the community.
