Abstract

Complete Systematic Land Registration is an asset legalization in the form of land registration activities for the first time in the framework of issuing land rights certificates for all groups of people, especially the middle economy and low economic groups. This thesis research aims to find out whether the land registration through the PTSL Program implemented in Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with applicable regulations, namely Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Number 6 Year 2018. The final conclusion of the results of this study is that it shows that the implementation of PTSL in Kuantan Singingi Regency is in accordance with the applicable regulations in Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian No. 6 of 2018, but in its implementation there are certainly obstacles in terms of both technical and juridical aspects such as the community and others. The advice given by the author regarding this research is to every element of both the Kuantan Singingi District Land Office, the Community and the Government must further improve the performance of their duties and responsibilities so that there is good coordination between the implementer, the applicant and the local government, so that his hopes can minimize the obstacles that occur .
