Abstract

The nature of this research that is descriptive analysis is a method that serves to describe or give a picture of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as is without doing analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of business actors' responsibility towards refill drinking water consumers in the Kuantan sub-district is not well implemented, there are still a number of depots whose depot owners are not responsible to consumers and their depots do not have business licenses and do not meet the eligibility requirements from refilled drinking water that is produced or traded.
