Abstract

This study aims to determine how the performance of Muaro Sentajo village head. The village head is responsible for fostering, developing and advancing his village so that the community is developed and prosperous. In addition, the village head is responsible for security, order, public health, the comfort of life of the people in the village they lead. village head's performance is basically a performance or for work done by the village head in carrying out his duties as an educator. the quality of the village head's performance will largely determine the quality of development outcomes, because the village head is the most a lot of direct contact with the village community. Village head's performance is shown when he carries out his role and function in his environment, including in village organizations. In fact, many factors influence the behavior of the village head, so that when applied to the work process it can be used as a basis for managing background analysis that affects the performance of the village head. The aim of this research is to find out how the performance of the village head of Muaro Sentajo. The object of this study is the village apparatus of Muaro Sentajo and the community of 8 people. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research of the village headman Muaro Sentajo are good. This is evidenced by good village management and many developments that have a positive impact on the community of Muaro Sentajo.
