Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Telur di Pasar Rakyat Teluk Kuantan Kecamatan Kuantan Tengah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

            The purpose of this study was to determine consumer behavior towards egg products, to determine consumer satisfaction with egg products in the Pasar Kuantan Bay People's Market. The method used in this study is the Likert scale and the analysis method Important and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Consumers Satisfaction Index (CSI) or the Consumer Satisfaction index. Based on the results of the study obtained results from consumer behavior towards chicken eggs, village chicken eggs, quail eggs, and duck eggs are in the satisfied category, with a total of 30 people from 30 respondents with a percentage of 100%. From the results of calculation of chicken eggs as a whole the value of the consumer satisfaction index is 92.67%. Where this value is in the range of 50% -100% consumer satisfaction index, that is, the satisfied categories referred to here are price, cleanliness, packaging and size. Kampung chicken eggs with a consumer satisfaction index value of 92.70%. CSI results as a whole are in the satisfied criteria referred to here are price, cleanliness, packaging and size, Quail eggs consumer satisfaction index value is 92.00%. Based on CSI results as a whole are on the criteria of satisfaction referred to here are price, cleanliness, packaging and size. Duck egg value of consumer satisfaction index is 89.30%. Based on CSI results as a whole are on the criteria of satisfaction referred to here are price, cleanliness, packaging and size.
