Abstract
Educational transformation in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Social Revolution 5.0 requires fundamental changes in the learning process, especially through the use of digital technology. This article explains the role of digital technology in innovation in chemistry learning, forming a superior generation that can adapt to the times. Literature research has been shown to enrich the learning experience, motivate and promote understanding of abstract chemical concepts through the integration of learning applications, interactive simulations, virtual laboratories, and e-learning platforms. In addition, digital technology provides flexibility in access to learning, supports collaboration, and helps teachers implement continuous assessment and skill development. However, challenges such as gaps in access to technology and talent motivation are important to overcome. Therefore, the optimal use of digital technology has great potential to promote the birth of a superior generation that is willing to face global challenges in an era of educational change.
