This study aims to describe the role of teachers’ social competence in building effective relationships with students, fellow teachers, parents, and the community within the context of teaching and learning. The method used is a literature review by </em><em>analyzing</em><em> various relevant sources on teachers’ social competence. The findings show that teachers with strong social competence are able to create inclusive learning environments, establish effective communication, and foster a conducive classroom climate. Social competence also contributes to enhancing students' learning motivation and building positive collaboration among all educational stakeholders.
