This study aims to describe the role of teachers’ social competence in building effective relationships with students, fellow teachers, parents, and the community within the context of teaching and learning. The method used is a literature review by </em><em>analyzing</em><em> various relevant sources on teachers’ social competence. The findings show that teachers with strong social competence are able to create inclusive learning environments, establish effective communication, and foster a conducive classroom climate. Social competence also contributes to enhancing students' learning motivation and building positive collaboration among all educational stakeholders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Deskripsi pemahaman konseptual materi hidrokarbon dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (2) Efektivitas model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap pemahaman konseptual siswa pada materi hidrokarbon (3) Respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada materi hidrokarbon. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Merdeka A di SMA Negeri 1 Wakorumba Selatan </span></span></em><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">, Kecamatan Wakorumba Selatan, Kabupaten Muna, Sulawesi Tenggara yang berjumlah 22 orang. </span></span></em><em><span style="vertical-align: inherit;"><span style="vertical-align: inherit;">Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan Pretest dan Posttest dengan instrumen berupa soal two-tier, dan angket respon siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Pemahaman konseptual teridentifikasi pada semua konsep hidrokarbon dengan rata-rata sebesar 72,04%, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang digunakan dapat memberikan peningkatan pemahaman konseptual materi Hidrokarbon. Dari 4 konsep hidrokarbon yang memiliki pemahaman konseptual tertinggi adalah rumus alkana, alkena dan alkuna berdasarkan strukturnya. Sebaliknya pemahaman konseptual terendah terdapat pada konsep penamaan alkana, alkena dan alkuna. (2) Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual siswa setelah pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing sebesar 0,77 (kategori tinggi). The program was carried out by students of Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi as a form of community-based educational intervention. A quantitative-descriptive approach was employed, using data collection techniques such as pre-test and post-test questionnaires, observations, informal interviews, and documentation. The findings show an increase in learning motivation from 54% to 86% and in student engagement from 40% to 80%. This improvement indicates that a tutoring program designed to be communicative and contextual can effectively foster students’ enthusiasm and active participation in learning. Which emphasize the importance of social guidance and the fulfillment of psychological needs in the learning process. One of the innovations that has become a milestone in the technological revolution in various sectors is artificial intelligence (AI). This study aims to examine the effect of AI use on students of the Chemistry Education Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Education and Science, Kuantan Singingi Islamic University, especially in the chemistry learning process. The sample in this study were chemistry education students who were selected randomly using simple random sampling techniques. The research method used was a quantitative approach, with data collection through distributing online questionnaires to students. The results showed that the majority of students had a very positive perception of the use of AI. They considered AI to facilitate access to materials, make learning more interesting, improve the quality of learning, and increase the motivation of Chemistry Education students to learn. However, some students still think that AI has not fully helped in understanding abstract chemistry materials. Some also stated that AI explanations in the form of text, sound, or video are still difficult to understand. This problem shows the need for further development of AI technology, especially in conveying information about abstract chemistry concepts. In addition, the quality of information delivery through text, audio, and video also needs to be improved. This study aims to examine the perceptions of students at the Faculty of Islamic Education and Science, Islamic University of Kuantan Singingi towards the use of AI in the learning process and academic development. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires to students. Sampel technique in this research using random sampling witch 30 responden. The results of the study show that the majority of students have a very positive perception of the use of AI, especially in facilitating understanding of material, time management, searching for references, and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. However, there are also concerns regarding the potential for decreased creativity, learning independence, and the risk of violating academic ethics such as plagiarism. These findings emphasize the importance of regulation, education, and supervision in the use of AI in order to provide optimal contributions to the quality of education without ignoring moral values and academic integrity. Laboratories have a role in improving the quality of education through real practice to prove theories studied in class, one of which is in the Chemistry Education study program at UIN Suska Riau. The aim of this research is to find out the role of laboratories in improving the quality of education at UIN Suska Riau. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques being interviews and observation. The results of the research show that the Chemistry Education laboratory services at UIN Suska Riau are very good and students are satisfied with the services provided, apart from that the lecturers or expert assistants are also skilled in their fields so they can increase students’ understanding, the media used are practicum videos and quizzes, and the learning process and practicums take place effectively and efficiently. This study aims to identify protein content in chicken egg white through the Biuret test. The study was conducted at the Basic Chemistry Laboratory of Kuantansingingi Islamic University using a descriptive method with a simple experimental approach. Cu²⁺ ions and amino groups in alkaline conditions, indicated by the appearance of a purple color. The procedure was carried out by gradually mixing egg white with NaOH and CuSO₄ solutions. The results showed that the purple color only formed when all components of the egg white, base (NaOH), and copper solution (CuSO₄) were combined, indicating a positive reaction for the presence of protein.
