This article explores the implementation of various technologies, such as e-learning, augmented reality (AR), STEAM approaches, virtual laboratories, mobile learning, and artificial intelligence (AI) in chemistry learning. The findings indicate that technology integration enhances student motivation, conceptual understanding, creativity, and critical and collaborative thinking skills. Additionally, technology expands access to learning, especially for students in remote areas or with limited facilities. However, technology implementation in chemistry education still faces challenges such as access gaps, limited digital competence of teachers, and lack of relevant learning content. Therefore, strengthening infrastructure, continuous training for teachers, and cross-sector collaboration are necessary to ensure optimal and equitable technology use. This study examines how university students make use of ChatGPT to support their academic processes. Data were collected through an online survey involving students from various study programs. The research aims to explore the perceptions and experiences of students from the Faculty of Education and Islamic Sciences at Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi regarding the use of ChatGPT in their learning process. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data were gathered through online questionnaires completed by 25 students from different study programs. The results show that the majority of students have a positive perception of ChatGPT, which is considered capable of enhancing the quality, creativity, and flexibility of learning. ChatGPT not only helps students in understanding course material and completing assignments but also encourages the development of critical thinking skills and independent learning. ChatGPT is widely used for completing academic tasks, engaging in discussions, and seeking creative inspiration. However, certain challenges such as the potential for misuse and the risk of decreased creativity still need to be anticipated. These findings underscore the importance of integrating technology wisely so that the benefits of ChatGPT can be optimized in digital-era learning.</p> yesa aliya Dwie Syahrieva Aswarni Dwi Putri Musdansi Rosa Murwindra Copyright (c) 2026 JEDCHEM (JOURNAL EDUCATION AND CHEMISTRY) 2026-01-06 2026-01-06 8 1 9 17 10.36378/jedchem.v8i1.4631 LITERATUR REVIEW : PENGEMBANG MEDIA KAHOOT SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN SISWA https://ejournal.uniks.ac.id/index.php/JEDCHEM/article/view/3114 Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini membuat berbagai sistem dan juga cara kerja menjadi lebih baik dan lebih efisien salah satunya bagi dunia pendidikan. Teknologi dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran yang disampaikan guru ke siswa. Contoh media teknologi yang digunakan saat ini adalah Kahoot. Aplikasi ini sangat cocok digunakan oleh siapapun termasuk siswa yang ingin belajar ataupun mengajar menggunakan metode yang kekinian. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review. Penelitian literatur review ini menggunakan sampel 10 artikel R&D tentang media pembelajaran Kahoot. Dari 10 Artikel Jurnal yang review mengenai penggunaan media Kahoot sebagai media pembelajaran terdapat 3 artikel jurnal menggunakan model 4D, 3 artikel jurnal menggunakan model ADDIE, dan 4 artikel Jurnal menggunakan model Borg &Gall. validasi para ahli menunjukkan hasil yang sangat memuaskan dari 10 artikel tersebut,dimana hasil validasi dari ahli materi adalah 86,74% dan ahli media 87,54%. Hal menunjukkan bahwa validasi oleh para ahli mendapatkan respon dan hasil yang baik Hasil angket respon peserta didik juga menunjukkan hasil yang sangat baik yaitu 89,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata para peserta didik sangat tertarik melakukan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Kahoot.
