<p><em>Performance data collection is directed at obtaining accurate, complete, timely and consistent performance data that is useful for decision making in order to improve the performance of Government agencies without abandoning the principles of balancing costs and benefits, efficiency and effectiveness. Kuantan Singingi Regency Manpower Office, so far the reporting and data recapitulation process has been carried out manually using the Microsoft Office application. This has resulted in frequent data overlaps and difficulty in reporting performance data. <p><em>In order to increase sales and customer service at the Endocell Store in Kompe Berangin Village, this study intends to create a web-based application using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methodology. With the use of this application, customers can order products more conveniently, obtain comprehensive product information, and offer feedback and recommendations. The findings of this study produce integrated sales apps that boost client connections, promotions, and operational effectiveness, giving businesses a competitive edge in a crowded market. Customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales performance have all increased with the adoption of web-based apps combined with a CRM strategy. <p>MTs Babussalam Simandolak which is located in Tebing Tinggi Simandolak Village, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. MTs Babusalam Simandolak has problems related to the scheduling of picket teachers and bell information which is still operated manually, where officers often have difficulty ringing the bell during changing hours because those who are often on duty are also teaching teachers, making the picket teachers have to go back and forth to set the bell and return to teaching. Then, the recapitulation data on teacher attendance in carrying out the picket schedule (picket implementation report) is still not well coordinated, there is often a buildup of data, data is suddenly lost, and sometimes people even forget where to put the picket book. Furthermore, the problem with bell information which is still manual causes inefficient time between study hours and students' break times. With this research, MTs Babussalam Simandolak can easily inform the change of each subject or other activity automatically without having to ring the bell and the scheduling process, Reporting already uses computerization. <p>The Cerenti District Health Service is the implementing element of regional autonomy in the health sector which is located below and is accountable to the region through the regional secretary on the principles of regional autonomy and assistance duties. The performance of the system in managing data at the Cerenti Health UPTD, especially in reporting disease data, is not yet effective and efficient even though it uses a computer and stores data using Microsoft Word and Excel, because the creation and storage are separate, it still uses Microsoft Word and Excel, making it difficult to search for data. when needed again[1]. Management is designed to build a computerized system to make it easier for agencies to process data. The data processing created can manage disease reporting data more efficiently, effectively and can be controlled with data graphs [2]. With the final result of a computerized system, data processing will be more effective and efficient. This computerized system can store data properly so that it will avoid damage and loss of data [3]. With this computerized system, it will be easier to find data that has been stored for a long time [4]. <p>Internet dibutuhkan disetiap bidang. Salah satunya yaitu bidang pemerintahan, bidang industry, bidang Kesehatan maupun bidang Pendidikan. Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi menggunakan fasilitas internet sebagai penunjang sarana dan prasarana dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa QOS jaringan internet pada Fakultas Teknik di Universitas Kuantan Singingi yang telah ada dengan menggunakan parameter (throughput, delay, packet loss, dan jitter). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif[1]. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dipilih dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis berdasarkan data angka dari kualitas jaringan wireless yang ada pada Gedung Fakultas Teknik di Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi wireshark 4.0.3 dilakukan untuk melihat kualitas dan performa layanan internet berdasarkan parameter jaringan komputer[2]. Dari Hasil pengukuran (QOS) didapatkan hasil Throughput 69 Kbps dengan kategori “Bagus” dengan nilai indeks 3. Packet Loss 0,1 % dengan kategori “Sangat Bagus” dengan nilai indeks 4. Delay 361 ms dengan kategori “Sedang” dengan nilai indeks 2. Jitter 360 ms dengan kategori “Buruk” Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan menurut standar QOS TIPHON jaringan internet di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Islam Kuantan Singingi didapatkan hasil 2,5 dengan kategori “Sedang”[3]. Dengan peningkatan kapasitas bandwidth akan meningkatkan kecepatan akses internet yang ada di Fakultas Teknik dan menjadi sangat bagus menurut standar QOS TIPHON.</p>Fajar RestuadiHelpi NopriandiAprizal Aprizal
