PELAKSANAAN PIDANA PELATIHAN KERJA TERHADAP ANAK PIDANA DI LEMBAGA PEMBINAAN KHUSUS ANAK

Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation that needs to be considered for their development. In this day and age not a few children commit crimes. The crime by the child will get a court decision in the form of a prison sentence, and in addition there is also a criminal penalty. In its development, criminal penalties can no longer be imposed on children. Therefore in Law No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System of the Child it is stated that if a child gets a criminal fine, the criminal fine will be replaced with a criminal job training. . This type of research is Observational Research by means of surveys using interviews, which means that research is conducted by choosing a location at the Pekanbaru Child Special Guidance Institute. Whereas seen from the nature of this research is descriptive, namely research that provides a clear and detailed description of the Juridical Review of the Criminal Implementation of Job Training on Criminal Children at the Pekanbaru Child Special Guidance Institute. Criminal work training is a substitute for criminal penalties that not all children get the verdict, most of whom get criminal decisions on job training are children who commit criminal offenses related to child protection. Based on the research, it is known that the Pekanbaru Children's Special Guidance Institute has made an agreement on inter-agency cooperation for the sake of criminal work training. In this case the Pekanbaru Children Special Guidance Institution collaborated with the Pekanbaru Social Services Youth Association. And criminal work training has also been carried out by the Pekanbaru Special Guidance Institute for Children which was held at the Social Institution for Youth Development in Pekanbaru.
