PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM MEMBAYAR PAJAK BUMI DAN BANGUNAN ( PBB ) DI DESA PULAU KOMANG SENTAJO KECAMATAN SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

This research was conducted in Pulau Komang Sentajo village, Sentajo Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how well Community Participation in Paying Land and Building Taxes (PBB) in Pulau Komang Sentajo Village, Sentajo

Raya District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique for the Komang Sentajo Island Village Village is because of the relatively small number of 6 people, so the sample determination uses the saturated sampling method, which is all the samples are sampled. For elements of the community using the Random Sampling method the sampling method from the population is done randomly regardless of the strata that exist in the population, the number of samples taken using the Slovin formula that is obtained by 41 people, the total respondents in this study amounted to 47 respondents. Based on the result of questioner leaflet which has been done about society participation in paying land and property tax at Pulau Komang Village, Sentajo Raya Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, it has given result that the average value is 3,22 it means that the result of this research is in good enough interval. This case is caused from 5 indicators are used in this research. Such as knowledge and skill, Job and incom, Education and illiterate, Gender and faith to certain cultur, the whole is good enugh.
