Abstract

This research was carried out in the village in Sungai Sirih Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the administration of the village of Sungai Sirih Didesa, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The formulation of the problem in the study was how the implementation of village administration in the Sungai Sirih Village, Singingi District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Purposive Sampling is a technique of determining samples with certain considerations. The results of the research on the Administration of the Village of the Sirih River Village in Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency, have not been fully good. This can be seen from the results of field studies showing that Sungai Sirih Village, Singingi Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi Regency lacks human resources who really understand the administration of this village and resources that understand IT, as well as facility limitations because currently the village office still uses the former kindergarten building which made the implementation of the village administration not optimal, including the implementation of the administration of this village.
