FUNGSI KEPALA DESA DALAM PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DIDESA TEBERAU PANJANG KECAMATAN GUNUNG TOAR KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the function of the village head in the implementation of development in Teberau Panjang village Gunung Toar district Kuantan, Singingi regency. Was the village head of Teberau Panjang able to carry out the planned development. This research was conducted in Teberau Panjang village Gunung Toar district Kuantan singing regency. It used a qualitative descriptive method. The focus of this research was the function of the village head in implementation of development. data collection was done by observation, interview, documentation, and the validity of the data in this study was carried out using the tringulation technique. Analysis of the data in this study included three things: Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the research and elaboration of each dimension of the theory used, the researcher drawed a conclusion that the function of the village head in the implementation of development was quite good.
