PENGARUH PARTISIPASI PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR PEMERINTAH DAERAH MELALUI TRUST DAN SELF-EFFICACY SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING PADA ORGANISASIPERANGKAT DAERAH (OPD) KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The research to purpose effect of budgetary participation on the performance of local government of local government officials through Trust and Self-Efficacyas a variablesModeratingin the Regional Apparatus Organization OF Kuantan Singingi districts.This type of research is a casual study using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was determined by proposive sampling technique by considering certain criteria, the data in this study are primary data. Data were collected using a questionnaire that was distributed directly to respondents. Data vanalysis uses simple linear regression analysis and interaction test Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). To partially test the hypothesis the test was used. The statustucal test aids used were the SPSS program ver.21.The result of the research and hypothensis testing indicate that partially budget participation variables signifincantly influence the performance of the local government apparatus with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. while the participation of budgeting on the performance of the apparatus local governments cannot be moderated throught trust with a significance value of 0,126> 0.05,and also the budget partocopation variable on the performance of local government officials cannot be moderated through self-efficacy with a significance value of 0.693> 0.05.
