OPTIMALISASI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PERANGKAT DESA DI DESA BUKIT PEDUSUNAN KECAMATAN KUANTAN MUDIK KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
Abstract
Implementation of the optimization of effective village instruments is needed guidance and supervision carried out by the sub-district government towards the village government apparatus, so that village officials can perform their duties and obligations well in serving the community. However, the events in the field still have not optimal human resources in the village, such as the lack of community service for the community in the administrative process, lack of capacity of village officials to operate computers, and discipline levels. Therefore, the author conducted a field survey in Bukit Pedusunan village to find out the level of HR in the Bukit Pedunan village device. Research using this type of research is a survey, with a level of descriptive exploration and qualitative data analysis. The sources of information in this study are village secretaries, general heads, government officials, hamlet heads and communities. The types and sources of research data are primary and secondary data. While the methods used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results showed that the optimization of human resources in the village in Bukit Pedusunan Village was still less than optimal. This can be seen based on the results of the interview by looking at indicators of flexibility, ability to find information, motivation, and technical and interpersonal skills, motivation to achieve success, motivation to withstand stress under work pressure, cooperation and service.
