IMPEMENTASI PROGRAM KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DI PT. PLN (PERSERO) GARDU INDUK TELUK KUANTAN KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Thea purpose of this study is to know how the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Program in PT. PLN (Persero) Gardu Induk Teluk Kuantan City Kuantan Singing Regency. This research is qualitative research used qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study concluded that the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Program in PT. PLN (Persero) Gardu Induk Teluk Kuantan City Kuantan Singingi Regency. Allready carried out based on the results of observation, data and interviews that were measured by seven indicators which were access, coverage, frequency, bias,service delivery, accountability and suitability of the program with needs. Then it is expected to PT. PLN (Persero) Gardu Induk Teluk Kuantan City Kuantan Singingi Regency can improve programs that haven’t full implemented in order to maintain goals zero accident rate can be achieved continuosly every year and become an achievement for PT. PLN (Persero) Gardu Induk Teluk Kuantan City Kuantan Singingi Regency.
