PENGARUH PELATIHAN, KEJELASAN TUJUAN, DAN DUKUNGAN ATASAN TERHADAP KEGUNAAN SISTEM AKUNTANSI KEUANGAN DAERAH (Studi Empiris Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine theeffect of The Infuence Of Training,Clarity of Objectives and Supervisior Support Of Usability System Accounting Finance Reposts. Perception assestment base on indicator that reflect Training,Clarity of Objectives and Supervisior. The sampling in this research is 78 employees of the department sctattered across the entire organization of regional devices that fulfiil certain criteria that have been established. This research uses primary data obrained the recapitulation of the questionnaire that has been given to the respondent. The analysis stats from quality data test and countinues to classical assumption test and for the last is a hypothesis. The result of testing hypothesis of this research showed that influential training positive and significant of usability system accounting finance reposts of 46,0%, clarity of objectives positive and significant of usability system accounting finance reposts of 24,6% and Supervisior Support of usability system accounting finance reposts of 26,5%.
