Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the Analysis of Community Satisfaction of

Health BPJS Users in Receiving Health Services in Kopah Public Health Center, Central Kuantan Subdistrict, Kuantan Singingi District and also to know what obstacles are affecting and at the same time becoming an obstacle in providing services to the community. The phenomenon that the researchers found in the field is the results of the initial observation the authors found that the less optimal services provided by UPTD Kopah Community Health Center officers was evidenced from the results of interviews with the author of the Society. Indicators that are used include Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equal Rights and Balance of Rights and Obligations. This type of research located in Kenegerian Kopah is a Mixed research method, this research method can be interpreted research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using research instruments, data analysis is Mixed, with the aim of test the predetermined hypothesis. The population and samples in this study were the Head of Kopah UPTD, BPJS Treasurer and Kopah BPJS Patient. In this study the researcher collected data through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation.
