IMPLEMENTASI ETIKA PEMERINTAHAN PADA KANTOR CAMAT SENTAJO RAYA KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

Government ethics becomes a matter that is often disputed whenever dissatisfaction with the services provided to the community by the government. These problems always arise among the community as service users (Services). In relation to the development of government apparatus, it is aimed at improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of all governance arrangements, including increasing the ability, discipline, service, example and welfare of the government apparatus. So as a whole more able to carry out the mandate and duties as a government apparatus. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of Government Ethics at the Sentajo Raya Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. What is the apparatus that becomes the front face of the government about the picture of the government. In running the ethics of government by the government apparatus will have direct implications in the administration of government.The study was conducted at the Sentajo Raya District Office in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is qualitative research, data collection techniques are interviews and observations and reinforced with documentation. Based on the results of the study note that the implementation of government ethics at the Sentajo Raya sub-district office has been implemented but only needs improvement.
