Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the Evaluation of Land Certificate Services at Gunung Toar Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research method is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. Researchers use source triangulation to check the validity of research data.This study shows that the Evaluation of Land Certificate Services at Gunung Toar Sub-District Office in Kuantan Singingi District has been applied Tangible, Realiability, Assurance, Responsiviness, and Emphaty dimensions along with its indicators. However, there are several indicators that have not been implemented in accordance with the wishes of the community, including the inconvenience of service places, including incomplete facilities and infrastructure, employees who are not yet expert in using service aids, and employee's hospitality in the service process. And there are factors that hamper the implementation of public services in the Gunung Toar District Office is the lack of employee resources and the lack of infrastructure.Based on the results of research in the discussion of this thesis, in general the condition of the Land Certificate Service at Gunung Toar Sub-District Office, Kuantan Singingi Regency, which is spread across 14 villages or villages, shows that a score of 3,488 is in the range of 2,550-3,825 in the “Poor” category. with a 68% response rate. In other words, the service of a Land Certificate in the Gunung Toar Sub-District Office according to respondents' responses is in a bad category.
