Abstract

This study aims to find out: (1) Effect of Image Factors (2) Effect of Factors of Interest (3) Effect of Joint Decision Factors (4) Effects of Factors in Availability of workplace events. Which influences Decision Making in Choosing an Accounting Department at Kuantan Singing Islamic University. This research is descriptive by using data analysis with causal research design. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of a questionnaire distributed in the 20172018 Accounting Study Program at Kuantan Singingi Islamic University in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The total population is 309 people, a sample of 89 people. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, with the t test and coefficient of determination.

Test results indicate that. The first image fator has a positive and significant effect on decision making where t counts 2,621 > t table 1,988 and a significant value of 0,010 < 0,05. Both Factors of Interest Influence positive and significant influence on decision making where t count 2,837 > t table 1,988 and significance value 0,006 < 0,05. Third, the Joint Decision Factor has a positive and significant effect on decision making where t count is 2,648 > t table 1,988 and the value of 0,010 < 0,05. The Four Factors Availability of work has a positive and significant effect on decision making where t count is 2,021 > t Table 1,988 and the significance value is 0,047 < 0,05. Coefficient is obtained terminated at 0,594 or equal to 59,4%, which means that the magnitude, magnitude of the influence of Image Factors, interest factors, joint decision factors, availability of work factors, decision making is 59,4% while the remaining 40,6% by other causative factors that come from outside the regression that were not examined in this study.
