PENERAPAN PRINSIP-PRINSIP GOODGOVERNANCE PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI

Abstract

The development of human resources which are highly needed position and role to carry out and harmonize the tasks of the government and improve development in order to reach the community, and achieve national goals. The application of the principles of good governance in the population and civil registration department of Kuantan Sing District can be used and consideration material can be used as input. To realize and achieve these national goals, it requires employees who are disciplined, enthusiastic, and work responsibly and serve the community and the country. The purpose of this study was to study the Implementation of Good Governance in the Civil Service and Civil Pencil Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research method used is qualitative research, data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research published by the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Kuantan Singingi Regency can apply the principles of good governance well, then it can increase the number of members in providing services to the community, as well as adding processes so that services can run smoothly.
