Abstract

This research was conducted in the capital investment office, one door integrated service and Labor Department of Kuantan Singingi regency. The purpose of this research is to know how to implement regional Regulation No. 9 year 2009 about plantation business in the capital Investment Office, integrated services one door and Labor district Kuantan Singingi (study Palm oil plantation case). In line with the purpose of this research, the theory that authors use is the theory of the local regulation number 9 year 2009 about plantation business, with the indicator set as many as 4 indicators. After all data is analyzed with quantitative and qualitative research, then obtained the research results about the implementation of local regulation number 9 year 2009 about plantation business in the capital Investment Office, integrated services one door and energy Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi (palm oil plantation case study) belongs to the category “Cukup good”.
